- Creates flyers for PTA events & activities

- Assists the President
- Creates & schedules social media posts
- Updates the PTA website & calendar
- Attends all meetings & events
- Volunteers at events
Treasurer (1-2 year terms)
- Cash management
- QuickBooks ledger
- Budgeting
- Balance sheet reporting
- Disbursement requests
- IRS 990
- MD charitable organization registration
- Review bank statements
- 501c3 group exemption
- Responsible for card reader/PayPal
- AIM insurance
- Conduct financial reviews
Secretary (1-2 year terms)
- Prepares meeting agendas alongside President
- Writes minutes during meetings
- Attend meetings
- Volunteer at events
VP of Ways & Means- Navy Parking (1-2 year terms)
- Acts as the primary liaison with Navy operations staff
- Coordinates with the county to secure necessary permits
- Manage the partnership with Phoenix Academy
- Creates sign-up sheets, recruit volunteers & provide training
- Designate gameday contacts
- Works with Treasurer to secure starter funds & hand off proceeds
Volunteer Coordinator (1-2 year terms)
- Coordinates volunteer needs for PTA events & school admin/faculty
- Communicates volunteer opportunities with families
- Support Community School needs
